🟤 1. The NextCoffee machine
Is the machine compatible with all capsules?
It is compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, but also with other formats like Nespresso thanks to its adaptable system. It can also work with ground coffee for maximum freedom.
Does it work without electricity?
The machine is portable and rechargeable , so there's no need to plug it into a wall outlet to use it . It runs on a built-in battery , which you can charge via USB-C .
Can I make anything other than coffee?
Yes! You can also make tea, hot chocolate, or even cold drinks with certain compatible capsules.
Is the water heated automatically?
Yes! Unlike many other portable machines, this one heats the water itself . So you can simply pour cold or room temperature water into it. The machine takes care of the rest.

What does a matcha kit contain?
Our kits generally include:
– a bamboo whisk
– a traditional bowl
– a measuring spoon
– a whisk rest

How to make a good frothy matcha?
To obtain a creamy and dense foam , you don't need a sophisticated machine: all you need is a good bamboo whisk... and the right technique.
Start by sifting your matcha (if possible), then add a little hot water (not boiling, about 70–80°C) . Then whisk in an "M" or "W" shape in the bowl — and follow the 30-20-10 method :
🔸 30 seconds , whisking vigorously
🔸 20 seconds at medium intensity
🔸 10 seconds gently to smooth the foam
This progressive rhythm allows you to obtain a fine, stable and generous foam, without splashes or lumps.

What is the bottle made of? Is it safe to use?
Our bottles are made from hand-blown borosilicate glass, renowned for its resistance to heat and thermal shock. They also incorporate safe and durable materials: food-grade PP, 304 stainless steel, silicone gel, and nylon. Everything is designed to be safe for your health and the environment.
Does it keep the heat?
Yes! Thanks to its double-walled design, the bottle keeps your drinks hot or cold for longer.⚠️ Please note: The glass may become hot to the touch immediately after pouring boiling water. The included silicone sleeve is there to protect your hands.
Can I use it with infusions or loose tea?
Absolutely. The bottle is ideal for infusions, tea, homemade blends, lemon, honey, etc. It is designed to hold ingredients on one side and water on the other thanks to its integrated filter.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Switzerland and neighboring countries. Check the available options when ordering.
What are the delivery times?
Typically, orders are processed within 3-6 business days and delivered within 7-12 business days depending on your location.
